Theatre Royal Cinema, Ryde
A Theatre Royal in St. Thomas' Square has been on the spot since the 1700's, it was rebuilt in 1871.
In 1910 it started showing silent films at the same time as continuing as a live theatre.
9 May 1959 Programme
The building was destroyed by fire in 1961. After being left as ruins for many years, they were demolished and a branch of the National Provincial Bank (2019 National Westminster Bank) was built on the site.
