The bus stop on New Road, Brading, between Yarbridge crossroads and the Bull Ring is known as 'Miss Blacks', but why?

The bus stop is not near any obvious feature on the road, other than, in years gone by, Craigellachie, the house of Miss Ellen Black where she taught the piano in the mid-20th century. So pupils would ask for 'Miss Blacks', bus conductors became familiar with this and it was adopted.
Miss Black died in 1982 but 'her' bus stop lives on.
