East Cowes Urban District Council (merged with Cowes UDC in 1933)
St Helens Urban District Council (merged with Ryde Borough Council in 1933)
Sandown Urban District Council (merged with Shanklin Urban District Council in 1933)
Shanklin Urban District Council (merged with Sandown Urban District Council in 1933)

These councils ceased to exist in 1974 following the establishment of the Medina and South Wight Borough Councils.
